My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary this week. We celebrated with a dessert wine from Italy that we drank out of gorgeous cups that my sister gifted us made out of Murano glass. If you ever make it to Italy, be sure to visit Murano, it is a beautiful place.

I am very excited for the long weekend. Just found a new great food blogger with tons of great recipes for the holiday weekend. Have definitely added Italy to my “Must Travel To” list. Stella’s trip there last Thanksgiving was 1,000% inspiring and last week Adventurous Kate’s post on a bunch of different day trips you can do if you base out of Florence has me jonesing for some pasta, pizza, and all things Italian!
I thought AOM’s Primer on Military Rank and Insignia post was a great read. They always do a fantastic job of delving into topics I know very little about and never realized I could be interested in!
